What documents do I need to vote?
You must bring your National ID (NID) card. If you do not have your Smart NID card yet, the laminated temporary NID slip is also accepted. Biometric verification will be done at the center.
How do I find my polling center?
You can check your polling center by sending an SMS: PC [Space] NID Number to 105. Alternatively, use the search tool on this website or the official "NID Wallet" app.
Can expatriates vote from abroad?
Yes, for the first time in 2026, a postal ballot system has been introduced for registered expatriate voters in selected countries (UK, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia). Please check with your local embassy for deadlines.
What are the polling hours?
Polling centers will open promptly at 8:00 AM and close at 4:00 PM. If you are standing in line within the center boundary before 4:00 PM, you will be allowed to cast your vote.
